The ERM company specializes in the design, machining and transformation of plastics, composites and metal. We manufacture your furniture and supports dedicated to your environments whether they are subject to washing, dust, shocks, vandalism, projections, cold, extreme cold, heat.
Established since 1989 near Lyon, the company works throughout France and also in Europe, the production site is equipped with high-tech equipment for the manufacture of your specific creations. For almost 30 years our production site has continued to expand to be able to offer you the best products with the latest technologies. Our machine park allows us to respond to your projects from cutting with machining centers, engraving, folding, gluing, forming, assembly, to digital printing, screen printing and painting.

– Protective boxes for computer equipment and labeling:
We produce protective boxes for computer equipment intended for the food, pharmaceutical and logistics industries that often work in hostile environments. Their mission is to protect all your computer equipment and thus extend their lifespan, they also facilitate the organization within your workshops. We manufacture standard and custom boxes.
– Fixed or mobile trolleys and workstations
The trolleys and workstations are intended for all industrial and logistics platforms, designed according to your needs and constraints in order to facilitate your movements and the organization within your factories. These workstations can be autonomous thanks to energy boxes.
– Machine casings
Our casings are entirely made in our workshops in Vaulx-en-Velin according to your needs, we start from a plan or sketch provided by you and we travel to your factories to quote. With experts in plastic, we work with different materials to create your custom casing.
– Metalwork
Our metalwork workshop is equipped with a machine park ranging from stainless steel, aluminum, steel cutting, assembly, folding, TIG and MIG welding. Thanks to our know-how, we create your custom parts according to your needs or ideas, from a plan or a reflection we design the final product together.
Our greatest strength is our in-depth knowledge of the materials worked, so we can advise you and help you choose the most suitable material according to your project and your budget.
We work with compact PVC and expanded PVC (Coplast, Komacel, Forex) as well as PP polypropylenes and PE 300, 500 and 1000 polyethylenes for protective cases.
Steel, aluminium and stainless steel for workstations, fairing and various supports.
PC polycarbonate (lexan, Makrolon), PET and PETG for machine casings.
PMMA (plexiglass, altuglass, perspex, setacryl), for displays, showcases and terminals.
Composites such as Dibond, Alucobond, Alupanel, ACP, Vikubond, Compact Laminates (Fundermax, Trespa) and MDF medium (valchromat) for exterior and interior signage.
Our integrated design office goes from the design to the programming of your projects. We keep all the plans on our secure internal and external servers in order to preserve the history.
ERM manufactures custom technical products for all thicknesses and dimensions, in cutting, machining and milling with 3-axis Numerical Controls. ERM combines its plastic know-how with its expertise in steels, stainless steels and aluminums. The major interest lies in our transversal knowledge of the materials used and transformed.
