We manufacture custom-made gantries containing RFID for loading docks, logistics sites, warehouses and stores. Each gantry is manufactured based on the IT hardware installed and required.
The dimensions of the gantries are defined together according to your environment and location.
Most RFID portals are made of 45×45 aluminum profiles, for a portal that is light and robust but above all modular over time. In fact, the profiles allow height adjustments, and are modular to add lengths etc. Splittable feet on the ground allow for better support.
For this RFID portal we have designed a structure in aluminum profiles with mesh covering on two sides of the portico. High uprights support the RFID equipment and on one side we have an energy box to power the entire gantry.
Each gantry is different and tailor-made, we adapt to your needs and your RFID equipment, we have also made small model gantry, folding gantry to be easily transportable.
These stations are easy to transport and assemble, they can be delivered flat, in a wooden crate or we can arrange installation on site by us. Contact us to define your project together and the different possible options for you!
