Thanks to our integrated design office, we can create custom covers adapting to your machines. We have: cold folding machines, hot folding machines, digital controls for cutting, diamond polishing machines, gluing gantry, ovens, etc.
Two solutions to find the product that suits you, you have the manufacturer’s plans or you send us a sketch with the useful dimensions. Upon receipt, we will send you a validation plan before manufacturing. These plans are stored on our servers for a long-term partnership.
The main machine casings are made of different materials depending on your environment so we work on Polycarbonate (lexan, Makrolon), PET, PETG, THE PMMA (plexiglass, altuglass, perspex), the Expanded PVC and compact PVC, THE PP and HDPE and also thesteel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
The casings can mix different materials and with stainless steel structures or aluminum profiles. Each project is different and adapts to your needs.
Although based in Lyon, ERM works in cities such as Nantes, Rennes, Rungis, Boulogne-sur-Mer, Marseille, Bordeaux, Strasbourg, Lille and their outskirts, we have field sales representatives who travel to all cities in France .
