The ERM company has a metalwork workshop allowing you to create boxes or supports combining several materials to best adapt to your environment.
With more than thirty years of experience, our employees master the plastics industry and also metalwork. So we can create custom parts in different materials.
For example here for a custom computer protection box, a box bringing together a very large computer set, we had to make a stainless steel wall support which fits perfectly on this custom box. It was designed to the dimensions of the box and determined according to the weight of the computer equipment as well as that of the box.
Some customers also request boxes mixing PVC Coplast and stainless steel to provide more robustness or meet certain agri-food standards. It is in this case that the attached box was constructed, with an upper part in plastic and a lower part in stainless steel cladding.
Combining the two materials, this box responded to the specific request of the customer and meets agri-food standards.
We adapt each box with the metalwork when possible but we can also create custom metalwork supports based on your existing parts or future projects.
